here is my entry for 
contest. I feel very happy entering this contest because it was because of the Black blood alliance that I decided to pursue a career in art 
contest. I feel very happy entering this contest because it was because of the Black blood alliance that I decided to pursue a career in art My concept for this page was that in the past on one of nightrun's journeys over the mountains she had got snowed in the winter because of a terrible blizzard. While she was trying to survive the season she came across a saber tooth cub who's mother was killed in an avalanche. Initially, when she came across the cub she wanted to kill it but took pity on it when it followed her begging for food. She ended up raising it as her son which now puts her at quite a tough spot with the wars going on with saber tooth tigers in Inaria. Her son Is meeting with her now to tell her about an ambush awaiting her on the other side of the mountain.
The extension for this contest couldn't have come at a better time with the horrible ice storm knocking out my power for two days

First of all I wanted to say I love the style that you draw in haha. And the background is so beyond gorgeous that I'm completely jealous lol. Secondly I wanted to say, this is soo like Nightrun to do. At least the version of Nightrun I play on Kay's roleplay forum, adopting random babies of all species is A+ in her book. It is an interesting twist though(:
